2.1. Upon payment of the one-time fee, you will be granted lifetime access to the research, coaching and course content. Please note that further participation in future programs separately for the one you enrolled into requires a separate fee, and it is optional.

2.2. Access to the research content and course content in the program is strictly for the enrolled individual and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

2.3. Members cannot share their membership with other individuals other than the person registered for financial gain without approval from the Company. Such action will be considered a breach of service.

3. Termination

3.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Program in the event of any breach of the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

5.2. Any violations of the program guidelines, such as hate speech, profanity, racism, promotion of brokerage services, or involvement in illegal activities, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program without any eligibility for a refund.

5.3. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring that they do not share access to their account with any unauthorized individuals. Any unauthorized sharing of account information may result in immediate termination of access to the program.

5.4. We shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of participants' interactions with external entities or individuals.
